The Holy Trinity church stands in Zemo Khandaki village of Kaspi Municipality. In Georgian such a church is called Sameba, and that name has stuck to it in the village.
Zemo Khandaki lies south of Kaspi, in the hills above the Kura valley. Less than a kilometre to the west stands the church of St. Tevdore, while the village itself has the St. George church and the Kaloubani church.
Regular services may not be held, and the church can be approached at any time. Modest clothing is appropriate, and candles and offerings are left in their places.
