The church of St. Tevdore stands on the western side of Zemo Khandaki village in Kaspi Municipality. Tevdore is the Georgian form of the name Theodore.
The village lies south of Kaspi, in the hills above the Kura valley, where the slopes are cut by shallow gullies. The Holy Trinity church stands to the east, and closer to the village centre are the St. George church and the Kaloubani church.
Regular services may not be held, and the church can be approached at any time. Modest clothing is appropriate, and the interior deserves careful treatment.
