The church of St. Barbare stands at Tsiteltskaro near Natlismtsemeli village of Kaspi Municipality. Barbare is the Georgian name of St. Barbara, and the feast in her honour is called Barbaroba.
The area lies in the far south of the municipality, further from the district centre than any other village. The John the Baptist church and the church at Kanobi stand less than a kilometre away.
Access is free, the roads are unpaved and easier in dry weather. Modest clothing is appropriate, and candles and offerings are left in their places.
