The church of the Virgin Mary stands in Toria village in Ninotsminda Municipality. Sources assign it to the Catholic tradition and dates it to 1905. It is a hall with an apse projecting slightly to the east, and the entrances are on the west and south.
Two arched windows on the west and three on the long walls give the light. The facades are divided by pilasters finished with a plain band, and several Armenian inscriptions are carved on the west and south facades. A small bell tower on colonnettes was set at the western end of the roof in recent years.
The sanctuary is covered by a vault and raised on several steps, and the church has no pastophoria. Pilasters divide the long walls and carry the arches of the vaulted roof. A wooden screen with a single entrance adjoins the west wall, and the floor is paved with stone.
