This is the second of the three shrines of Nakra village. No dedication has stuck to the church, and locally it is known simply as another Nakra church.
Nakra lies twenty eight kilometres from Mestia, in a side valley that opens towards the Enguri. The two other shrines of the village stand close by: one four hundred metres away, the other, the Jgrag Namurkvamash church, a little over seven hundred.
The church can be approached at any time; follow the coordinates. The road into the valley is unpaved in places, so a higher car is better.
