The church by Jikha village carries the name Nokalakevi and a second name, Misaroni. Nokalakevi is a famous place of Samegrelo: the walls of the ancient fortress of Archaeopolis, the capital of Lazica, survive there.
Jikha lies in Senaki municipality, fifteen kilometres from Senaki. Two kilometres away survive the ruins of the Jgimarioni church by Betlemi village, and six kilometres off the church of the Cross of the Saviour in Eki.
The church can be approached at any time; follow the coordinates. The trip combines well with a visit to Nokalakevi.
