Of the Jgimarioni church by Betlemi village only ruins remain. The name is a local one, and what stands behind it is now hard to say: Samegrelo has many shrines that kept only their old titles.
Betlemi lies in the hilly part of Martvili municipality. Two kilometres away stands the Nokalakevi church of Misaroni by Jikha village, and further south begins the plain of the lower Rioni.
Treat the ruins with care: do not take the masonry apart and leave no traces. The site can be visited at any time; follow the coordinates.
