The church of Peter and Paul stands some fifty metres north of the cyclopean fortress of Ozni in Tsalka Municipality. Such a neighbourhood is common here: Christian churches often rose beside far older stone fortifications.
The hall building is laid of worked stone ashlars with a semicircular apse adjoining it on the east, and fragments of frescoes survive there. Three arched windows give the light.
The entrance is on the south and dressed with an architrave carrying a carved equal armed cross. An enclosure rings the church, damaged in places, and a door was once cut in its southeastern part and has since been blocked. The same village also holds the church of the Virgin Mary.
