The chapel of the Virgin Mary stands at Garklupi in Tsalka Municipality. Garklupi is a nasoplari, the site of a vanished village: no houses remain here, but the shrine has survived and is still a place of prayer.
The area lies on the Tsalka plateau, a couple of kilometres northeast of the town of Tsalka. A hundred steps away stands another shrine of the site, the chapel of Saints Constantine and Helena.
There are no regular services here, and the place can be visited at any time. Modest clothing is appropriate, and candles and offerings are left where they belong.
