The chapel of Saints Constantine and Helena stands at Garklupi in Tsalka Municipality, on the site of a vanished village. It is the second of the two local shrines, dedicated to the emperor and empress equal to the apostles.
The Garklupi site lies on the Tsalka plateau slightly northeast of the town of Tsalka. Across the meadow stands the Virgin Mary chapel; together the two shrines form one revered spot.
There are no scheduled services, and the place is open at any time. The shrine deserves careful treatment: candles and offerings are left in their places.
