The small church in Etseri village is dedicated to the Virgin Mary. It has no grander name of its own, and the village simply calls it the church.
Etseri lies west of Terjola, on the way to Kutaisi. A kilometre away stands the church of David and Constantine, known by the Mkheidze family name.
There are no regular services here and you can come at any time. Modest dress is appropriate, and candles and offerings are left where they are.
