Chakhokhbili
Chakhokhbili is a common Georgian chicken dish. Small pieces of chicken meat are fried, onions, tomatoes, some herbs and spices are added to taste.
The result is an appetizing and flavorful dish.
According to ancient recipes, chakhokhbili was cooked only on a fire in a cauldron and only from pheasant, and already today they have replaced it with chicken and began to cook on modern kitchen appliances.
