Russia increases export flexibility: reduction of wheat duties
As part of the grain damper mechanism, Russia will reduce export duties on wheat from November 22. This measure is aimed at supporting agricultural producers.
According to the new tariffs, the duty on wheat exports from November 22 to 28 will decrease to 4395.4 rubles per ton. At the same time, the duty on the export of barley will remain zero, and on the export of corn will decrease to 1013.1 rubles per ton. This initiative is designed to stimulate foreign trade in grain crops and provide producers with funds through subsidies. The funds received from the duties will be sent in the form of subsidies to producers of wheat, rye, corn and feed barley.
This is an important event for the agricultural sector, ensuring its financial stability and supporting the country's export flows.
