Will grain mills change their pricing policy without state support?
Subsidies allocated for the purchase of a bag of flour weighing 50 kilograms since December last year have ceased to be provided by the state since the end of June.
On the eve of the Georgian government decided to abandon the recently introduced program, which temporarily suspended the increase in the cost of bread. It was planned for four months and was completed within the expected time frame.
Experts hurried to express the opinion that the abolition of the allowance could provoke a new jump in the growth of the cost of bread products by fifteen tetris maximum.
