The Trinity church stands in Balichi in Bolnisi Municipality, not far from Kazreti. The small hall church with a semicircular apse is built of rubble stone on a stone base.
The west facade is faced with tuff blocks, the entrance on the same side is framed by an architrave, and each of the other walls carries one wide window. A plain stone cornice under sheet metal finishes the walls. Inside, the apse is separated from the altar by a side wall, rectangular niches are cut into the altar walls, and a pair of pilasters divides the nave.
An inscription on the wall gives the year of construction, 1883, and the name of the builder from the Beridze family. The church is a cultural heritage monument and is well preserved, but it usually stays locked, so plan on viewing it from outside.
