The church is known by the name Orsakdrebi. It carries the Georgian word sakdari, used in these parts for a village church, while the dedication of the place has not come down to us and nobody here names it.
The church stands in the surroundings of Kazreti, a mining town of Bolnisi Municipality that grew around copper and gold works. The area is dense with churches: the Kazreti Trinity and the old churches of Balichi are close by, and the valley of the Mashavera begins to the south.
There are no regular services here and the place is open. The road from the town is short, but the last stretch is stony, so sturdy shoes are worth taking.
