This hotel is fantastic with a perfect spot! The staff is super kind, friendly, and always eager to assist with anything you need. It feels very homey with a fireplace and a games corner. Everything is clean and well-kept, and the food is incredibly tasty. The homemade wine offered by the host is a delightful bonus. Highly recommend!

Ужасное отношение. Наш рейс из ОАЭ был отменён из-за закрытого воздушного пространства. Все регулярные рейсы приостановлены на неопределённый срок, остались только эвакуационные рейсы. Мы попросили отменить бронь заранее, но получили отказ. Это ужасно, когда так относятся к людям, оказавшимся в сложной ситуации не по своей вине. Они зарабатывают на тех, кто попал в форс-мажорные обстоятельства.

Не рекомендую это место!

Очень дорого, обманывают. Я заплатил 500$ за 2 дня, даже не попав туда.

We spent four nights at this hotel and had an amazing experience. It's run by a family, and Giorgie, Saba, and the team made us feel so welcome and were super helpful. The hotel has a cozy vibe with a nice area to relax after skiing. Our room was spotless, warm, and had a comfy bed with stunning mountain views. They did a fantastic job accommodating gluten-free diets with plenty of tasty options for breakfast and dinner. Transport to the slopes was really convenient as they drove us there each morning and picked us up if we didn't ski back. Renting skis directly at the hotel was a major plus! Although the ski area was a bit smaller than expected and the top was open only one day, the snow was excellent, and we had a great time. Definitely 5 stars from us!

The shuttle service was a big plus. We arranged a paid airport transfer that went smoothly both ways, and the free daily shuttle to the ski lift made skiing a breeze. We also got a great discount on ski rentals through the hotel, which was a sweet bonus. We dined at the hotel restaurant several times, and the food was always tasty.

4 gece kaldık ve gerçekten çok sevdik. Gece 1'de Tiflis'e vardığımızda otelin transfer hizmeti bizi karşıladı ve 2,5 saatlik yolculuğun ardından otele ulaştık. Bizi misafirleri gibi karşıladılar. Odalar çok temiz, yataklar rahattı, banyo ve tuvalet geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Odamızın manzarası harikaydı. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve yeterliydi. Kayak merkezine sadece 3 dakika uzaklıkta ve istediğimizde bizi götürüp getirdiler. Kayak kiralama konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. Bölgeyle ilgili verdikleri tavsiyeler işlerimizi oldukça kolaylaştırdı. Otelde değil de bir tanıdığımızın evinde kalıyormuşuz gibi hissettik. Gelecek ziyaretlerimizde de tercih edeceğiz.
