This hotel provides great value, especially with breakfast included. The views are stunning and enhance the overall experience. It’s conveniently located near the New Gudauri Ski Resort, just a 2 km walk or a quick taxi ride (about GEL 27) for ski enthusiasts. The staff are fantastic — friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The restaurant is also top-notch, with excellent food and service. I think this place is underrated and should definitely be on the list for anyone visiting Gudauri.

Я также просил салат без орехов из-за аллергии, но сначала его принесли с орехами. После замечания его заменили, но в счете оказались два салата. Мне пришлось снова указать на ошибку, и только после этого принесли правильный счет с одним салатом. Цены показались завышенными по сравнению с качеством еды — было не очень вкусно. Excellent location - perfect for skiing. The hotel is comfortable and inviting.

I regret choosing to stay at this hotel. During our trip, one of our bags was stolen, which was upsetting enough, but the response from the hotel staff was even worse. They didn't help us review any security footage or offer any support or understanding. We were left to deal with everything by ourselves, including spending hours at the police station. A hotel should provide safety and support for its guests, but this place fell short on both counts. I strongly recommend looking for a different option if you care about your security and expect professional service.

I reserved the sauna, which included a private room with a jacuzzi. The staff at the reception were nice and assisted me well. The sauna was hot and well-maintained. Prices are 200 lari for one hour and 400 lari for two hours. It's best to book ahead. It comfortably accommodates six people, but you can fit more if needed.

Не могу ничего сказать об отеле, так как мы жили в соседнем здании, но ресторан нас разочаровал. Просидели 10 минут, но к нам так и не подошел ни один официант, хотя я даже помахала рукой. Персонал только занимался большой компанией, а остальных просто игнорировали. Оценка за сервис - единица, игнорирование гостей недопустимо для нормальных заведений. К сожалению, еду мы так и не попробовали. Больше мы сюда не придем, хотя живем рядом.

Our experience was a bit mixed. The first room we were given had a leaking shower that caused flooding every time we used it. We thought about leaving but managed to switch to a much better room in the same hotel. However, when we talked to the reception, the younger staff member was polite, but the older one was quite aggressive, asking “What’s the problem?” in a confrontational way. His attitude created a very negative atmosphere. Also, the ski lift is about a 5-minute drive away from New Gudauri, which is definitely not walkable with skis. Breakfast was just okay with limited choices.

The location is good, but the rooms are just average. We paid quite a bit for what we received, and since we needed to book urgently, this was the only hotel available.
