Best Western Gudauri Hotel

Это худший отель в Гудаури. Причины - плохое техническое состояние, низкое качество номеров, некачественная еда, а также неприветливый и некомпетентный receptionist, который не говорит правду. Не стоит сюда ехать, если нет острой необходимости.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. The staff was unfriendly, and the reception team was particularly rude and unprofessional. They clearly do not belong in the hospitality industry.

To add to our frustration, our room was not cleaned, and when we brought it up, the staff acted as if it was perfectly normal and didn't show any concern.

This is definitely not the level of service one expects from a hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Прекрасное жилье и еда. Единственное, чего не хватает, так это расписания работы сауны. Думаю, она не работает круглосуточно, потому что утром было недостаточно горячо.

This place truly felt like home, thanks to the warm welcome. I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely front desk staff, Izolda and Ani, who were both incredibly kind and very professional. The manager of the food and beverages was also very professional and kind. I will definitely return. Big hugs to everyone. Highly recommend this place. ✍🏾

We're only on day two of our five-day trip, and they're already pressuring us about paying for breakfast. We're here for five days—why would we try to skip the payment? It seems like they're more focused on making money than offering genuine hospitality.

Замечательное место с очень внимательным обслуживанием. Номера чистые и уютные, а завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Есть бесплатный трансфер до подъемника. Мы остались очень довольны нашим пребыванием в этом красивом месте.

Every moment there was fantastic. Transfers to the cable cars were perfectly organized. The food and service were excellent! Highly recommend!

This hotel is a real find and offers great value for money. The rooms are nice, the bedding is excellent, and the breakfast is good. There's also a reliable shuttle to the ski lifts. The restaurant is worth a visit, offering both Georgian and Asian dishes. I'll definitely return.

The rooms are small but clean and pleasant. Breakfast is very good with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit.
