Batumtan project near Batumi to expand, with August occupancy at 90-95%
According to a BMG report dated 14 September 2026, the Batumtan project near Batumi is being developed on a site of 5,000-7,000 sq m. The complex is to include panoramic houses, dining areas, coworking spaces and event venues.
In the optimistic scenario, the project was expected to be completed in two to three years, though it could stretch to four. Total investment could reach several hundred thousand dollars, according to a co-founder's estimate. Occupancy in August was 90-95%, 60% of September was already booked, and there were bookings for October as well.
