New East Point mall phase is 90% occupied, original phase 99%
The new phase of the East Point shopping mall is 90% occupied, BMG reports, citing Quadrum Global Georgia. The phase opened in March and added 2,500 sq m of space. The original phase of the mall is 99% occupied.
According to a representative of the management company, supply and demand in the shopping mall market are relatively balanced for now. That balance could shift once new shopping centers open in Tbilisi.
