Developer m² announces six Tbilisi projects worth about 2 billion lari
After a change of ownership, developer m² has announced six large projects in Tbilisi, BMG reports. The company puts total investment at about 2 billion lari. The projects are to cover 30 hectares and include up to 10,000 housing units.
In Didi Digomi, m² plans a 6.3-hectare development with six residential towers and a 60,000 sq. m shopping centre. Another project, on 15 hectares, is planned in Varketili. The company has been operating for 18 years, with 14 completed projects and three under way. Its new owner is Trust Holding, registered in April 2026.
