Coral Development launches pre-sales for $250m project near Batumi
Coral Development has announced the start of pre-sales at Coral Seaside Resort, a coastal project near Batumi. In an interview with BMG, the company valued the development at $250 million. Its partners are Ibercompany Holding, Grande Group and Mziuri Development.
Coral Development's chief executive said around 90% of clients are foreign, including buyers from the UAE. The company anticipates investment inflows of $400–500 million, with 90–95% expected to come from abroad.
