Construction begins on first phase of 104 MW Imereti wind farm
Georgia’s energy regulator has reported the start of construction on the first phase of the Imereti wind power plant on 7 September 2026.
The planned capacity of the wind farm as a whole is 104 MW. GNERC’s statement also refers to the use of modern Chinese technology.
