The Love Bridge is located in Borjomi Central Park, near the cable car, crossing the Borjomula River, among the sights, monuments and statues of the city. It's important not to confuse this bridge with the far better-known Love Bridge in Tbilisi: these are two separate structures sharing the same name.
Locks are attached to the bridge's railings, symbolising the strength of feelings between couples who once came here. Borjomi's Love Bridge, however, based on available observations, doesn't currently appear to be an actively used site for this ritual: the locks are best viewed as a kind of display of a past tradition rather than an ongoing living custom. Even so, the spot remains a pleasant stop for a short walk and photos against the river, especially when combined with a visit to the rest of Central Park.
Impressions of the place are mixed: some visitors find the bridge's atmosphere modest and not quite matching expectations set by better-known counterparts in other cities. It's worth treating a visit as a small addition to a park stroll rather than a destination in its own right.
