And you know, I still think about how my kids would react to it all. They’re so used to the sterilised walls of our suburban life. But these murals? They breathe life, stories, emotions. Have you ever taken a moment to just stop and really look at the details? I wonder, though, do you think the artists ever comes back to see how their work ages on those walls?

Дивно, скільки емоцій можна вловити в графіті, але одночасно дивує, чому ми ще не навчилися сприймати це мистецтво на рівні з класичними формами. І ці фестивалі, звісно, радують око, але важливо, щоб це не стало лише комерцією. Чи збережеться той автентичний дух, чи вимруть яскраві ідеї під натиском рутинного розваги? Словом, Батумі - це справжня колекція натхнення, але потрібно дбати про його натуральність.
Больше всего меня впечатлил мурал с Купатой. Я специально искала его во время прогулки по городу и была в полном восторге, когда наконец увидела эту огромную картину на стене. Это не просто красивый мурал — у него есть трогательная история. Купата — известный батумский пёс, который прославился тем, что помогал детям переходить дорогу, останавливая машины своим лаем. Неудивительно, что жители так любят его и даже посвятили ему целое произведение уличного искусства. 
Также в подборке понравилось, что авторы рассказывают не только о граффити, но и о мозаиках и других арт-объектах, например морской мозаике рядом с дельфинарием и работах у Морской академии. Такие места превращают обычную прогулку по городу в настоящий арт-квест — идёшь по улице и буквально на каждом углу находишь что-то новое и фотогеничное.
