Top Glory Travel — Туристическое агентство

I had a very negative experience with this agency. They are only focused on making money. The hotel booking was not what we agreed upon, and they cut corners on cleaning to save costs. One employee, Wesam Mohammed from the Egypt office, even threatened to cancel my trip if I raised any concerns about the issues. My trip was to Georgia, and I strongly advise against booking with this company; they will complicate your travel plans. You also failed to mention the threat from Wesam, and I am considering legal action against your agency soon. What you reported does not reflect the reality of my experience.

I had a fantastic experience with the travel agency during my trip to Georgia. I worked directly with Mr. Fadi, the owner, who was very professional, courteous, and always available for help. His communication was top-notch from start to finish. The driver provided by the agency was punctual, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, making our travel comfortable and enjoyable throughout our journey.

I truly value the excellent service and attention to detail from the agency. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Georgia and will certainly use their services again in the future.

Thank you, Mr. Fadi!

Traveling to a new country can be stressful, but my experience with this travel agency was completely different.

From the moment I arrived in Georgia, I felt welcomed and cared for. The surprise gift waiting for me was a thoughtful touch that instantly brightened my day and made me feel valued.

What stood out the most was the genuine care and attention I received throughout my trip. Every detail was taken care of seamlessly, and whenever I had a question or needed help, the responses were quick and friendly.

While many companies can handle hotel bookings and transportation, it's rare to find a team that truly makes you feel respected and appreciated during your travels. That's exactly what this agency did for me.

My trip was filled with wonderful memories, and I'm thankful for all the effort that went into making everything smooth and enjoyable.

Thank you for the warm hospitality, the lovely welcome gift, and for creating an unforgettable experience in Georgia. I would gladly travel with you again and recommend your services to friends and family.

She was always ready to answer questions and made sure everything was perfectly organized.I also want to acknowledge our driver, Traili, who was professional, timely, friendly, and made our travel between locations comfortable and enjoyable.Everything was delivered as promised, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this agency to anyone planning a trip to Georgia and seeking a trustworthy travel partner.Thank you to the whole team for making our trip unforgettable.

Avoid this travel agency and others like it. A hotel receptionist advised me not to book through travel agents, and I wish I had listened. This company overcharged me and took advantage of my situation. After paying a deposit, they switched my hotel to one of much lower quality, claiming it was the same. The guide also took us to expensive places where we wasted a lot of money. We didn't even complete 10% of the itinerary they planned for us. Stay away from this agency and make your own arrangements; it's not hard.
