I had a very negative experience with this agency. They are only focused on making money. The hotel booking was not what we agreed upon, and they cut corners on cleaning to save costs. One employee, Wesam Mohammed from the Egypt office, even threatened to cancel my trip if I raised any concerns about the issues. My trip was to Georgia, and I strongly advise against booking with this company; they will complicate your travel plans. You also failed to mention the threat from Wesam, and I am considering legal action against your agency soon. What you reported does not reflect the reality of my experience.

I had a fantastic experience with the travel agency during my trip to Georgia. I worked directly with Mr. Fadi, the owner, who was very professional, courteous, and always available for help. His communication was top-notch from start to finish. The driver provided by the agency was punctual, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, making our travel comfortable and enjoyable throughout our journey.

Avoid this travel agency and others like it. A hotel receptionist advised me not to book through travel agents, and I wish I had listened. This company overcharged me and took advantage of my situation. After paying a deposit, they switched my hotel to one of much lower quality, claiming it was the same. The guide also took us to expensive places where we wasted a lot of money. We didn't even complete 10% of the itinerary they planned for us. Stay away from this agency and make your own arrangements; it's not hard.
