Located near Rustaveli and close to the city center, the hotel has a great location. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They always try their best, even when there are language barriers, and I really appreciated their hospitality. It felt comforting, especially when communicating with the locals was challenging at times. The rooms are cozy, clean, and provide a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast options are nice, and I particularly enjoyed the kidney beans salad—ended up having a lot of it! 😂 Their rooftop restaurant offers a lovely view in the morning. Just keep in mind there might be an uphill walk if you're getting to the hotel on foot.

Особенно запомнился вежливый и отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен. Номера хоть и не новые, но поддерживаются в хорошем состоянии. Постельное белье белоснежное и подушки удобные. На 5 этаже ресторан с потрясающим видом на весь Тбилиси. Впечатления исключительно положительные!

I had an amazing three-night stay. The standout feature was definitely the staff, who were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They were always ready to answer questions, suggest places to visit, and assist with anything needed, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious, offering a nice blend of local and international options. The rooms were very comfortable, spotless, and spacious with cozy beds. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything tidy. Plus, the room was quiet, so I got excellent sleep each night. Located in the Old Town, the hotel is in a beautiful and historic area of Tbilisi. It's a short walk to Rustaveli Avenue, with a slight uphill, but it’s manageable. Many main attractions are conveniently close by, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Taxis are also readily available and affordable for getting around.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay. Although the rooms are somewhat compact, this is quite common for Tbilisi. The location was convenient, and the view of the city from the terrace during breakfast was magnificent.

This place was the worst I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was disgusting, the room was filthy, and the bed was terrifying. I'd say it's the worst hotel in Tbilisi. On the plus side, the service was normal.

The staff is amazing; they prepared breakfast for us to take away since we had an early train to catch and their breakfast service starts later. There are some minor issues, like the absence of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The hotel is a bit away from the bustling city center, making it a peaceful spot. Overall, it's an excellent deal for the price.
