Stayed for a week; the booking included a complimentary transfer, and the hotel was conveniently located near my tour group meeting point. It was situated on a quiet street, although Google Maps lacks a street view for this area. I stayed in room 12 on the first floor, featuring a large balcony overlooking the side of the building. The room was accessible with a key, which could be left at the reception if needed. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious, and the room was clean. The shower provided a strong flow of hot water and included complimentary toiletries. The AC and Wi-Fi functioned well. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well most nights.
Breakfast began at 8:30 downstairs and was not a buffet. Each guest had an assigned table where they received a salad and either boiled eggs, an omelet, or sunny side up; this varied daily. Breakfast timing was chosen the day before and also included butter, jam, cheese, cottage cheese, a sweet like a biscuit or cake. One morning I had fried rice, and on another, buckwheat. There was an amazing rooftop area, which was enjoyable in the early morning and late evening, but too hot at other times. Occasionally, staff used the balcony outside the room for smoking, so cigarettes and a lighter might be found there.
The hotel was close to the metro, various restaurants, supermarkets, exchange offices, and ATMs. Some minor issues were the thin bath towels, a non-working bidet, and lights that couldn't be turned off from the bed. Overall, it's a good option in a convenient location at an excellent price.
