The place is not comfortable at all. The room is extremely small and has a bad smell. There are no tissues except in the bathroom, no slippers, and no water—you have to fill your own bottle. The kitchen lacks a toaster for making toast. The receptionist is very unfriendly, and I felt treated poorly, possibly because we are Arab. I have stayed at another hotel in Jeddah, and it was a completely different experience. This stay was really disappointing, and I would not recommend this place again.

At breakfast, there was nothing available for those who need gluten-free options.

Маленькие номера и неудобное расположение. Отель находится очень близко к Ваке, но с ним не соединен.

The room is very small, and the location is terrible; you can only get around by taxi. The breakfast is okay.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but they meet the basic needs for a short stay. We were unsure if the breakfast options were halal, so we only had fruits and oatmeal. The toilet has a built-in (Shattaf), but it's not functional like the ones in Dubai. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. There aren't many activities nearby, except for Mziuri Park, but you can reach the city in 5-15 minutes by Bolt taxi.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection, including homemade yogurt and various cheeses. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, making me want to return.

I initially thought this hotel would be fine for a short stay, but I faced a major issue with their climate control system and encountered unhelpful customer service. This experience reveals a larger problem: there's a troubling, passive-aggressive attitude prevalent in the hospitality industry here. If you're looking for professional service, consider avoiding this destination altogether.

    1. The AC System & Unfriendly Night Staff: The hotel uses a poorly set up Midea multi-zone air conditioning system managed by an outside company. It can't handle conflicting requests on the same floor. If another guest switches their thermostat to "Heat" in the summer, the whole system fails, leaving my room without AC at night. I had to repeatedly go to the lobby to ask for a manual reset. When I reported this issue at 4:00 AM, the night staff were dismissive, saying, "It's 4:00 AM." Paying guests shouldn't have to deal with unfriendly staff and sleepless nights due to a hotel's refusal to fix a faulty HVAC system.

    2. Poor Management and Accounting: For those considering an extended stay, be ready for a lot of operational issues. The management and accounting teams seem poorly trained to handle long bookings or process payments. They made a mistake with my credit card transaction and instead of fixing it themselves, they expected me to resolve their error.

    3. Inadequate Maintenance: The hotel's maintenance standards are very low. I had to change rooms due to ongoing maintenance issues, which was a frustrating process, only to find the same broken AC system in the new room.

In summary, while the daytime staff seem well-meaning, the backend operations are seriously flawed and the night staff are unprofessional. The only reason I'm staying here is that my work requires me to manage this kind of regional dysfunction. If you're a regular business traveler looking for a smooth, hassle-free experience, steer clear of this place. Unless your work specifically involves dealing with these systemic issues, the sleepless nights and faulty infrastructure aren't worth the cost.
