Terrible customer service.

The hotel was fairly decent, and the staff was good. However, the language barrier was a bit challenging. Despite multiple follow-ups, we never received the front-facing room with a balcony that was promised. It was disappointing, and the price we originally paid wasn't adjusted for the smaller room we got. Bed sheets are only cleaned every two to three days, so keep that in mind. The location is great, with a nice restaurant nearby and lovely streets to explore. Transportation like taxis is easily accessible.

This place claims to be a 4-star hotel, but it's not even worth 1 star. The service is terrible. The room is disappointing and the service is poor.

The room we received was much smaller than what we had booked and did not match the photos. The reception staff had limited English skills and didn't meet even basic customer service standards—there was no friendliness or warmth. Unfortunately, this seemed to be the norm everywhere, not just at the hotel. The room wasn’t cleaned properly either. The balcony view was alright, but the breakfast selection was quite limited, though acceptable. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives.

The staff were incredible—everyone was so helpful. The location couldn't be better; it's close to everything. The service was top-notch, and I didn't have to ask for a thing; everything was already sorted out. The breakfast staff were really pleasant, and I want to thank the kitchen team for their amazing traditional dishes. ❣️❣️
