Exceptional hospitality. The food was fantastic!

As a local, I only dined at the restaurant here and everything was absolutely delicious! The prices are mostly reasonable, and the staff was very friendly. It’s unfortunate that many people only see it as a hotel. It’s actually a wonderful, cozy restaurant where you can have a great time with family and friends while enjoying some truly fantastic food. You should definitely give it a try!

Our stay at the hotel and restaurant was truly memorable, largely due to the wonderful Ms. Maria. From the moment we got there, she was incredibly polite and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Her hospitality is exceptional!

We were also impressed by the warm Kartuli service, and the food and coffee were outstanding. This was by far the best dining experience we had during our time in Georgia. The Medoki and Raf coffee are definitely worth trying!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Avlabari area. The location is ideal — tranquil and serene, yet it offers stunning panoramic views of Tbilisi. In the evening, when the city lights illuminate the skyline, the scene becomes magical. It's a view that never gets old.

The food was exceptional. The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection, made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The pasta with mushrooms and chicken was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor — truly restaurant-quality. The shrimp Caesar salad was remarkable, featuring fresh shrimp, well-balanced dressing, and memorable taste. A real treat!

We must also express our gratitude to the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention goes to Mariam, who was incredibly welcoming, caring, and dedicated to her role. She really enhanced our experience.

In summary: beautiful, tranquil, delicious, and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Tbilisi with fantastic food and an unforgettable view.

We were some of the first guests at the hotel and had a really smooth stay. The atmosphere is bright, modern, and lively, yet it doesn't feel chaotic or incomplete, which is quite impressive for a soft launch. The cleanliness was top-notch throughout our visit.

I stayed at this hotel during its soft launch, and it already feels impressively well-arranged. It's brand new, spotless, and very bright — the interiors and common spaces are fresh and inviting.

The location is excellent, right next to the main cathedral, creating a vibrant yet elegant vibe. Even though it's centrally located, the hotel maintains a calm and organized atmosphere.

Parking was ample and easy, which we really appreciated.

A special shoutout to the Head of Operations, Maria — she's professional, friendly, and clearly involved in everything. You can see she's establishing strong standards from the start.

This hotel is off to a fantastic beginning and will surely become a favorite in Tbilisi.

The only thing that let me down was the breakfast. They don't have a proper setup for it. I hope they improve this soon. Everything else was really good. They did arrange breakfast for us, but it was still self-service, and waiting for the morning meal felt a bit different.
