Простоял у входа 20 минут. Консультант оставила записку, что вернётся через 5 минут, но так и не пришла. Звоню по указанному номеру — никто не отвечает.

The salesperson was unprofessional. Her coffee recommendations were completely wrong. We didn't receive what we asked for and expected. Later, the head manager refused to exchange the incorrect coffee for the right one... just because :)
