Awful experience with my online order. I ordered a chaise longue over a week ago, and the website stated delivery would take 1-3 business days. I waited patiently, but by day 5, I started calling. They promised someone would get back to me with delivery details, but no one did. The next day, I called again, and the operator said my order was set for delivery the following day, assuring me I’d receive a call in the morning (which is today). Still no calls, so I called again and was informed that the delivery had been pushed to tomorrow yet again. I understand delays can happen, but going from 1-3 days to now 8 days of waiting is unacceptable. This is poor customer service, and I cannot recommend ordering from them online.

Продавцы совершенно не разбираются в ассортименте. Мы спрашивали о больших горшках для цветов, но нам сказали, что их нет. В итоге мы сами нашли несколько больших горшков. Однако тарелок для них не оказалось, и только благодаря мужу нам удалось найти одну на полках, но у нее была сломана ножка. Мы просили скидку на поврежденный товар, но нам отказали. Получается, что мы купили сломанный товар по цене нового.

All the plants are DEAD. The manager is USELESS—don't bother coming here.

At checkout, the product wouldn't scan, and instead of fixing the problem, the staff just refused to sell it. There was no effort to communicate in English or Russian, and the overall attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. It was a very disappointing experience.
