للأسف، كانت تجربتي غير جيدة بسبب تصرف أحد الموظفين في المطعم. كان أسلوبه غير محترم ويفتقر إلى اللباقة في التعامل مع الزبائن، وهو أمر غير مقبول في مكان يقدم خدمات للجمهور. أتمنى من الإدارة النظر في هذا الأمر وتحسين مستوى خدمة العملاء. العامل كان مصري.

This was honestly the worst shawarma I've ever had. I ordered a large for 12 lari, but what I received was barely even a small portion—just a tiny bit of something resembling shawarma. There was hardly any filling, and it was dry and flavorless. I'm really disappointed that I spent money on this when I could have enjoyed a much better shawarma of decent size for the same price. Not recommended!

الطعام هنا بلا طعم، حتى المخلل والزيتون والفلفل والبطاطا والشاورما. لا يوجد ملح. الأسعار مرتفعة بالنسبة لجورجيا، وكيف تكون وجبة دبل بـ ٢٥ لاري بدون مشروب؟! خسارة الـ ٣٥ لاري. يوجد حديقة خلفية يمكن أن تأكل فيها إذا كنت بعيد.

I assumed the long line outside meant this place was popular. However, it turned out to be due to incredibly slow service. Their "Big" shawarma is more like a "Small" elsewhere. The flavor is just average. Definitely not worth the time or money.
