    I've had good experiences here before, but during my last visit, I found raw chicken in my shawarma. I decided to give it another chance, but once again, I encountered raw chicken when I ordered through Bolt Food. They really missed the mark this time.

    الأكل رائع (خبز صاج). الطباخ أو الشخص الذي يعد السندويتشات يتعامل بشكل غير محترم. الشخص الآخر، المحاسب، محترم جداً ويتحدث العربية. الجو العام في المطعم قديم، لكن الطعام ممتاز.

    The chef here is really unskilled, rude, and unpleasant. They should learn how to communicate with customers. I've completely lost my appetite for this place. The service is terrible, and you need to know how to talk to people. I'm never coming back. No respect.

    I won't be returning, which is a shame because the Chicken Shawarma rice plate with garlic sauce was quite tasty. However, when I arrived, I had a half-finished small bottle of Pepsi with me. The manager or owner saw this but said nothing.

    When it was time to pay, a staff member insisted I pay 3 GEL for the Pepsi. I explained that I brought it in myself, but she called over the same manager who took my order. He acted like he didn't remember and insisted I pay the 3 GEL.

    I paid and left since it wasn't worth the argument over such a small amount. Still, it was frustrating to be accused of not paying for a 3 GEL Pepsi, especially after buying the 22 GEL chicken rice plate.
