The Georgian Pointer Setter Club in Tbilisi is an organization that unites lovers and owners of purebred hunting dogs: pointers and setters. The club strives to spread knowledge about the proper care, education and training of these dog breeds. The main goal of the club is to create a community that supports the exchange of experience and information among owners and breeders, and also promotes hunting and sporting events using these breeds.
The club is headed by Chairman Giga Megutnishvili and Vice President David Samushiya, who are actively involved in organizing events, seminars and exhibitions. Thanks to their efforts, the club has become one of the respected organizations in the region, providing a platform for the exchange of experiences and discussion of current issues related to the maintenance and development of pointers and setters. Support and advice from the club's experts help dog owners better understand the behavioral characteristics of their pets and effectively apply this knowledge in practice.
The Georgian Pointer Setter Club offers its members not only educational programs and training, but also many opportunities for communication. Attending club events provides an opportunity for dog owners not only to increase their knowledge of breeds, but also to make contacts with like-minded people, which contributes to the formation of a strong and friendly community. The club also assists in organizing hunting events and competitions, where owners can demonstrate the skills of their dogs and strengthen relationships with their pets through active exercise.
