    I'm not a fan of this spot. The waffle fries were extremely hard for some reason, and the cookies were burnt, which was quite unexpected. I was hoping for faster service and better quality. :(

    Просто кошмар, сервис не работает как надо, не понимают ни по-английски, ни по-грузински. В итоге в заказе оказалось совсем не то, что я хотела. Заказ оформляли не меньше десяти минут, сначала кассир не справилась, потом и менеджер смены. Очень медленный персонал.

    ეს იყო ყველაზე ცუდი ფასტფუდის გამოცდილება ჩვენს ცხოვრებაში. შეკვეთა ვერ მივიღეთ, მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ ადგილი ცარიელი იყო. თანამშრომელი სამი წუთის შემდეგ იგონებს, რომ სხვა შეკვეთა აქვს და მის მომზადებას იწყებს. მეორე თანამშრომლის გამოჩენის შემდეგაც, 15 წუთი დაგვჭირდა შეკვეთის მისაღებად. თანამშრომლები ჩვენს უკმაყოფილებაზე მხოლოდ იცინიან. სენდვიჩი საშინლად გააკეთეს — პური იშლებოდა და ინგრედიენტები ქაღალდზე ცვიოდა. ჩხუბისა და გადაკეთების მოთხოვნის სურვილი საერთოდ არ გვქონდა.
