We ordered food, but only part of it was delivered. After finishing what we got and waiting for another five minutes, we inquired about the missing items. The waiter claimed he "didn't hear" the order, suggesting we never made it, and argued over whether it was our mistake or his. He wrote down the order but never confirmed it with us. He kept blaming us for "not ordering properly." When we mentioned we were leaving hungry, he dismissed it, focusing on blame instead of solving the issue or apologizing. Since the items weren't on the bill, they insisted we never ordered them. We left the restaurant still hungry. Poor service, Georgi.

The staff is welcoming, and the restaurant offers both Georgian and German cuisine. The dishes are expertly prepared, and the portions are so large that finishing them is a challenge. Even the salad can serve two people. Every time I'm in Georgia 🇬🇪, I make it a point to visit multiple times. It feels like home.
