In the very center of Tbilisi, at 7 Liberty Square, the Cheesefarm restaurant has opened — a family project by Novikov Group, combining Italian cuisine with Georgian farm products. The kitchen is headed by Italian chef Matteo Bochetto, who has 20 years of experience in Italy, Spain, London and Georgia. The restaurant pays special attention to local traditions and its own production of cheeses and pasta, which are prepared directly on site. Guests can enjoy dishes cooked in a wood-fired oven, such as focaccia with stracciatella and pistachios or pizza with gorgonzola and pear. The menu also features homemade pastas, such as gnocchi with stewed duck and spaghetti with Kamchatka crab. The restaurant's interior creates a cozy home atmosphere thanks to the use of natural materials, calm colors and paintings by contemporary artists. The Cheese Factory also has a shop where you can buy Italian cheeses and desserts of its own production.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at the Cheese Farms Restaurant. The food was delicious, with every dish being fresh and flavorful. Our server, Tiko, really made our visit memorable. She was so sweet, energetic, and cheerful right from the start. She gave my wife lots of compliments, which made her feel special and welcomed, and helped us pick out the best items on the menu. Her warm attitude and genuine kindness made our experience unforgettable. We definitely plan to return and hope to see her and this place again!

I've been here a few times, and it has always been a wonderful experience. The pizza and pasta are tasty, made with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The desserts are definitely worth saving some space for, and the vibe is relaxed and friendly. It's a fantastic place to relax in the heart of downtown, whether you're there for lunch, dinner, or just dessert. Definitely a place to check out!
