В магазине работал низкий мужчина с короткими черными волосами. Он очень плохо вел себя с клиентами и проявлял расистское поведение. Пытался начать конфликты и создавать проблемы. С таким сотрудником не место в этом магазине, его поведение было совершенно неприемлемым. Из-за его отношения мы решили уйти, так и не сделав покупку.

I am extremely unhappy and appalled by the service I received today at your store in the Galleria Shopping Mall. The brunette male salesperson in a jacket was incredibly unprofessional and did not meet the standards expected from a global brand like yours. From the moment we walked in, he was rude and spoke to us in a harsh, commanding manner. Instead of helping us, he showed complete indifference. We were shocked when he picked up the tablet he was holding and raised it as if he was about to throw it. This aggressive gesture not only felt unprofessional but also made us feel threatened and very disturbed.
