The service here is incredibly friendly and helpful. The woman who assisted us was very knowledgeable and had a great conversation about the cigars. She didn't pressure us into buying pricier options, and her suggestions were spot on. The selection in the shop was extensive, and the atmosphere in the humidor was perfect; it was clear that they care about their products and customers. Highly recommend!

The selection of cigars is quite good. It's convenient that you can purchase individual tubes and cigars. However, the prices are high, even by European standards.

Работает грубиянка. Приехали специально, а в итоге нахамили, ничего не предложили и даже полностью из своей кладовки не вышли, где, наверное, прятали ребенка или подружку. Ужасно, слово «сервис» для них неизвестно, а потом еще сказки рассказывают про местное гостеприимство.

Euro 3.30 lariydi, ama bugün 2.75 bile etmiyor. Fiyatların bu kadar artmasını ekonomiyle açıklamak zor. Gümrük vergisi ve DHL ödemek zorunda kalsam bile, duty-free veya internet alışverişi daha uygun. Sarp veya Sadaxhlo'ya gidip gelmek daha ekonomik, üstelik Küba sigaraları da bulunuyor. Dominik'ten gelen light sigaralarla sınırlı olmak zorunda değiliz. İhtiyacımı alıyorum, fazlasını değil.
