Отвратительное обслуживание и ложные обещания о скидке, из-за чего я в итоге на кассе оказался вынужден заплатить полную цену. Я пришёл за полным комплектом ПК и ожидал получить совет и помощь, но столкнулся с человеком, который вел себя так, будто у него осталось всего час жизни. Никогда больше не вернусь в это место.👎🏻🚩

Продавец быстро подошёл и спросил, что нам нужно. Мы показали товар на телефоне, и его принесли через несколько минут. Узнали, как будем платить, и он объяснил про гарантию и другие детали. После оплаты он открыл коробку, показал товар, мы проверили его, даже запустили систему с флешки, чтобы протестировать экран. Всё аккуратно упаковал обратно, дали пакет и в подарок переходник. Сервис на высшем уровне, 5 из 5, спасибо! Были в будний день в обед.

Ausgezeichneter Service, die Mitarbeiter sprechen fast alle Englisch und bieten einen professionellen Service. Ich war bereits zweimal dort, einmal um Monitore und Kabel zu kaufen und einmal wegen eines defekten Netzteils meines Laptops. Außerdem haben sie die Wärmeleitpaste auf CPU und GPU gewechselt und meine Lüfter gereinigt. Das alles war sehr günstig. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Auch der Online-Shop mit Lieferservice war klasse. Die Lieferung innerhalb von Tbilisi dauerte nur 1-2 Tage, das war super!
