I bought an ILITEK IL 4342 coffee maker, and I just can't use it. The plastic smell is incredibly strong and disgusting. Drinking coffee made in it feels like it would make me sick.

I bought a kettle three weeks ago and the internal wire melted, damaging the kettle's body as well. If I hadn't noticed the smell, it could have started a fire. The warranty is just 5 days, so I'm unsure if I can get a replacement or if they just sold me trash. I wish I could upload a photo of the damage.
