Не стоит покупать бытовую технику в этом магазине. Сервис на Кавтарадзе просто ужасный. Три года назад мы приобрели сушку для белья Bosch за почти 2000 долларов. Она перестала работать месяц назад, и мы отдали её в ремонт. Когда вернули, сушка была в ужасном состоянии: внутри барабана ржавчина, датчик влажности испорчен и так далее. Теперь она не может сушить белье. Мастера испортили её. Мы аккуратные люди и не можем использовать эту сушку, так как ржавчина остаётся на одежде.

К сожалению, продавцы и консультанты некомпетентны и не могут помочь даже с простыми вопросами. Мы пытались вызвать мастера для установки кондиционеров, которые купили у них. Не смогли найти информацию о покупке, даже по предоставленным документам, и не было возможности им это отправить. В чате тоже никто не отвечает уже несколько дней.

Terrible service. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase anything from this place. I bought a TV, and they can't even get a remote for it. They said, "Sorry, we can't order it." This is the worst customer service I've encountered. If I could rate them lower than one star, I would.
