The store is fine, but the mall is terrible. I generally dislike malls anyway.

The store is completely torn down and permanently closed, as shown in the attached photos. I found out that on March 27, 2026, a government regulatory agency filed a formal complaint against the company.

This electronics store has made a great leap from being just a computer shop to a comprehensive retailer for all things tech. Their pricing has definitely gotten better and now competes well with other major stores in Georgia. The City Mall location is impressive—it's organized and offers a wide range of products, from PC components to home appliances, making it super convenient. The staff is professional, and the modern showroom enhances the shopping experience. It's now my top pick for electronics in Tbilisi.

STAY AWAY! I bought a kettle here for 120 GEL on sale, but when I got it home, it wobbled on its stand, making it unsafe for kids. I returned it to the store, and they told me to take it to another location for inspection. After a week, they called to say "the kettle is fine" and refused to refund me or replace it with a working one. They clearly sell faulty products. Despite my complaints, they wouldn’t give me my money back or offer a proper kettle. It was a total waste of time and money. Why do they guarantee their products when they won’t acknowledge that they are defective?

I picked out a beard trimmer myself, but a saleswoman approached me and started advising me to choose a different model. I took her suggestion and bought the one she recommended.

When I got home, I found out that the trimmer doesn't work for my needs at all. I need to adjust the length in 0.5 mm increments, but this model only has three length settings, making it useless for me.

To make matters worse, the store won’t allow any exchanges or refunds.

It's really unacceptable for staff to push customers toward a different product and then not take responsibility when their advice results in the wrong choice. I'm very disappointed with this experience.
