Complete chaos and unprofessional service. I purchased a defective power bank that drops from 80% to 0% immediately. The staff refused to take it back or even check it, saying "store policy" is more important than Georgian Consumer Protection Law. They also wouldn't provide the required Complaint Book and suggested I "complain on Facebook." This is a clear violation of consumer rights. I have video evidence of their refusal. Stay away from this place!

They're just as bad as ever. I ordered a vacuum cleaner yesterday before 5 PM, paid extra for same-day delivery, and they didn't reach out or deliver it. This is nothing new; I won't be purchasing anything else.

This store is awful. I placed two orders and opted for same-day delivery both times. The first order took a week to arrive, and the second one still hasn't shown up. They deceive customers about delivery times and don't reply to emails. Plus, they refuse to refund delivery charges!

I purchased a trimmer, but when I got home, I realized it was actually a razor/shaver. The razor attachment gives it the appearance of a trimmer, and even the price, product name, and box all said it was a trimmer. However, it is not a trimmer. It seems like they're buying cheap, low-quality products and passing them off under a reputable store brand. After explaining that I needed a trimmer, not a razor, they still didn’t allow me to exchange it for an actual trimmer or get my money back. Extremely disappointed.
