This store has terrible service and very unprofessional staff. I went in to buy a computer monitor, and the only one they had was the display model instead of a new one, but I decided to buy it anyway. While I was paying and waiting for them to pack it up, the staff had a hard time taking it off the stand and ended up damaging it with a power screwdriver, making it unusable. I left without the monitor I intended to buy.
To make matters worse, the next day the same monitor was no longer available for sale, and the price had gone up, so I lost the chance to get it at a discount. I then checked another branch of the store, but the only monitor there was also a display model, and it had a dead pixel.
Overall, it was a terrible experience with careless handling of expensive electronics and disappointing service. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying tech products from this store. - А

Ужасное место! Когда им было нужно, сразу позвонили и сказали, что забрать можно до 20:00. Я мчалась, чтобы успеть до закрытия. Персонал по номеру заказа ничего не может найти. На самом деле, выдача заказов у них до 18:00. Потребовала вернуть деньги, и они что-то там расследовали целый день.

The staff need to be approached multiple times to stop playing games on their phones and actually assist customers. The service is terrible. There should be more cashiers instead of staff just sitting around doing nothing.
