The service was very disappointing. The staff seemed inattentive and not concerned about the customer experience. One salesperson looked unwell while helping me, which made it uncomfortable. The cashier was unhelpful and came off as rude. She didn't assist me with the warranty approval process, which should have been sent via SMS by the store, but I never received it.

I’m starting to question if the staff even gets paid, as they definitely aren’t helping customers. If I wanted to chase someone, I’d just play tag at the park. And if I wanted to waste time waiting for nothing, I might as well order from Amazon and have a better experience despite the wait. The customer service here is the absolute worst…0/10.

მომსახურება ძალიან ცუდი იყო. 15-20 წუთი ველოდებოდი კონსულტანტს და არავინ მომაქცია ყურადღება. სხვა ფილიალებთან შედარებით ძალიან უყურადღებოები არიან. ერთ კონსულტანტს რომ ვთხოვდი დახმარებას, მეორეს მამამისამართებდა და საბოლოოდ არავინ მომემსახურა.

I didn't have any issues with the products I purchased, so I can't comment on the warranty system. The store itself is nice, and the staff are excellent.

Персонал здесь лучше, чем в zoomer, и более ориентирован на клиентов. Я купил смарт-часы. После покупки они проверили их в специальном отделе кассы, но только после оплаты. Говорят, что есть возможность возврата в течение 5 дней, хотя по закону это 14 дней, но, по крайней мере, они это предлагают, в отличие от zoomer. Найти сотрудника, говорящего по-русски, будет сложно, но возможно.
